What do you learn?

What is 3D Modeling?

We understand by 3D Modeling, the process by which any three-dimensional object is developed, whether organic or inorganic. Through specific software (some of the most widely used 3D modeling programs: Autodesk Maya, 3DS MAX, Cinema 4D, Blender, etc.), points are manipulated in virtual space (called vertices) in order to form a mesh "Or" mesh ", which together forms a 3D object.

Nowadays, it is common to see that the video game, film, architecture, illustration, engineering and advertising industries constantly demand specialists capable of 3D modeling a building, scenery, characters, objects or products, among other tasks.

In Professional 3D Modeling, you will learn to work with professional production methods, specializing in both organic and inorganic modeling, mainly for the audiovisual industry. At the same time, you will have a solid foundation for any market that requires 3D computer generated models.

During the course we will address the production procedure, from the conceptual designs for a correct technical execution in its realization, to the post-production phase where the final look of the object or character is obtained. We will learn how to organize work, what is the correct way to face the different challenges that arise, how to achieve realistic results and how to achieve visual impact on our 3D models.

Each module responds to a specific stage in the production of a part. We start with the technical preparation for generating inanimate objects up to the guidelines and theories of human anatomy for organic objects. We will also look at the generation of correct topologies, coordinate mapping and texturing, where we go over the creation processes for realistic materials. Finally we will learn the rules of lighting, rendering and composition to obtain representations of greater visual and artistic richness in our 3D models.

The main objective of this specialization is the delivery of a high quality final work, which will serve as a portfolio to present in the industry.
