Workshop: From the idea to the artistic realization in videogames

Synopsis:

This is a talk to anyone who is interested in the drawing, illustration, and fantastic creatures, I mean, anyone who still keep their inner child and a restless mind; we will show the process used to design a fantastic creature from scratch; starting from the bone structure that supports; musculature, which will allow it to move, and finally the skin type; all this taking into account concepts such as style, silhouette, anatomical realism, structural functionality, character of the creature, colors and much more.

Graphic artist, conceptual designer and architecture student. At the age of 16, he made cartoons of graphic humor on postcards for Telecom-Arnet. He worked on national and international projects: RPG games for New York's Z-Man Games and Inner Kingdom Games (Shadowfist, Bushwhackin 'Varmints series); cartoon production at Patagonik Film Group collaborating on the animated feature “El Arca” as a long-distance runner; made illustrations for national magazines (Next Level, Xtreme PC, Unbreakable) and international (Master Player, Cartas de Combate, Ed. Mina, Mexico); published his own serial comic strip "Frank & Fluke" in Unbreakable; he collaborated in the study of the graphic humorist Fernando Sendra as a colorist and content producer on the official site of “Yo Matías”; made illustrations for designs of sports boards (MKD Kiteboards), for advertising (BrandSpot Ad Agency, Johnson & Johnson, Diálogo Publicidad). He is one of the founders of the architecture studio NEUHAUS Studio. He is currently teaching Concept Art and Digital Art at Image Campus.
